By registering for an event or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete registration.

Eligibility and accurate information
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You must meet any age or experience requirements stated for the event. Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Assumption of risk
Boxing and combat sports involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training, sparring, competition, and related activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Health and fitness
You represent that you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a physician if needed. You must follow coaches’ instructions and gym rules at all times.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Fees are shown at registration. Paid registrations are processed through Stripe. Refund and cancellation policies for a specific event may be stated on the event page; otherwise decisions are made by Bairoa in good faith.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who behave unsafely, disrespectfully, or in violation of gym rules, without refund where permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bairoa and its staff are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Puerto Rico law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration applies to that registration.
